Working in the Operations Manager team, you will assist her in the following activities.

  • Budget, Manage and deliver new projects and proposals.
  • Deliver projects within time, budget and quality to the customer.
  • Manage relationships with third party vendors to support the delivery of the project.
  • Manage all customer stakeholders and relationship to ensure the customer is well communicated with, and that changes and variances are communicated, justified and approved. 
  • Manage and liaise with internal IT Support to ensure project tasks are completed.
  • Attend sales meetings to demonstrate  project capabilities and understand the customer, and liaise with sales staff / account manager as required.
  • Act as the point of contact for the customer for issues during the project period.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of project processes.
  • Other Duties As Required.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

 

  • Passion for customer service and projects.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong time management, prioritisation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships, and work collaboratively with a diversity of stakeholder groups and individuals.
  • Maintain flexibility in different situations, adapt to change and manage high pressure situations.
  • High level of personal drive and self-motivation.
  • Ability to travel and willingness to work outside of the designated hours of work.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Have a automatic drivers license.
  • Have an understanding of IT / AV or having a general interest in technology highly valuable.
  • An understanding of digital signage (Screens, PC, Audio Visual Installs) would be highly desirable.
