We’re looking for an Office Operations Coordinator to drive the success of our Melbourne office:

Responsibilities

- Leading, prioritising and directing the office team to ensure daily and weekly objectives are met and exceeded

- Daily and weekly maps and logistics management

- Championing top level customer experience via any customer contact including email, phone and chat and developing the team to ensure the same

- Proactive problem solving, solution delivery and tracking results

- Innovate customer experience and office operation

- Running team meetings

- General team development

- Motivating the team

- General office administration

- Working towards big picture goals

- Reporting to and working with Change Manager and directors

- Other duties as required

 

Essential

- Exceptional communication and organisational skills

- Excellent time management skills

- Be a ‘list maker’ type

- Team management experience

- Basic to Intermediate business knowledge

- Emotional intelligence

- Advanced computer literacy

- Intermediate to advanced Google Suite skills including, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs, Google Maps
 

Preferred

- Slack, Helpscout/Zendesk experience

- Basic data analysis

- Floristry/flower knowledge/experience

We have opportunities for our key players to travel to our Sydney space to work with the Flowers Across Sydney team.

This position is a 3 month contract between 28 and 37.5 hours depending on the candidate with potential for contract renegotiation. Annual salary equivalent is over 55k + super + incentives.
