Our client is a fast-paced and dynamic Government department located in Parramatta. They are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Data Entry Officer who can add value to a well-established team. You will be surrounded by a great team who value the crucial support you can provide.
Client Details
Working closely with the Team Leader, your key responsibilities will be:
- Administering and processing high volume data in accordance with established business rules and procedures
- Adopting a strong customer focused approach to all tasks at all times to effectively build relationships internally and externally to the organization
- Understanding and accurately applying policies and procedures to maintain the integrity and quality of the data recorded in registers and document management systems
- Assisting the use of tools and technologies to enhance efficiencies and effectiveness of supplier invoicing and customer contacts
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors and correcting any incompatibilities and check output
- Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
Description
- Proven experience working in a Data Entry role
- Strong experience in utilizing TRIM record management system
- Must Possess an enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi task with intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Well-developed organisation and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage work priorities and meet strict deadlines
- Capacity to operate both independently, using initiative and self-direction, and as a team member to produce consistently high quality work
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research, analyse and present information in a clear and logical manner
- Sound written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to understand legislation and correctly apply policies and procedures as required
- Ability to maintain record management system
