Provide the first impression of our business and assist the 70 on site staff with administration support.

Responsible for processing high volumes of mail, requiring the use of commercial folding and franking machines.
- Responsible for processing work orders, compliance reports, invoices, and communicating with clients within various partner portals.
- Responsible for maintaining the office inbox, which involves filtering 300-400 emails per day, and distributing them to the relevant department or individual.
- Responsible for filtering all voice mails received by the office during ‘closed’ hours and distributing them to the relevant department or individual.
- General office maintenance duties.
- Ad hoc administrative duties for various departments, at the request of the office manager.
- Responsible for maintaining the office equipment, including printers, scanners, etc.
- Responsible for organising the fire and evacuation training for new full-time staff members, using the company software.
- You will be required to use the company CRM (Dynamics 365) to access information; as such, previous experience using a CRM is preferable.
- You will be a highly organised individual, that enjoys maintaining operational process.
- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You will be working in a tight team, so the ability to work well with others, as well as autonomously is highly valuable.
