We are a successful insurance and litigation support firm, who have been providing reputable services to the insurance/legal industry for 20 years. Our organisation is continuing a national growth phase with offices in all States. Our investigative lines of work include personal injury, intellectual property, product & public liability, motor accident and fraud-related investigations, to name a few. 
 
The Desktop Analyst role is based in our Head Office in Alexandria.  Reporting to the Intelligence Case Manager, the Desktop Analyst is responsible for monitoring, assessing and investigating evidence and contributing to the production of detailed reports in line with our Service Level Agreement requirements. 

This is a full time, permanent position. 

In addition you will be supporting the operational needs within our Surveillance team, providing timely, accurate and effective assistance to all aspects of new and existing cases. 
 
The successful candidate will be motivated to achieve a high standard of work under minimal supervision.

Our Ideal Candidate:
 
You must possess the following key attributes (please address in a cover letter):
  • Ideally an interest in surveillance investigations and insurance litigation; 
  • Proven administration/secretarial experience (1-2 years);
  • Ability to prioritise, time manage and work autonomously;
  • Possess an analytical mind and the confidence to ask questions;
  • Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities;
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Docs);
  • Professional and mature-minded manner;
  • Great customer focus and dedication;
  • A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
