Your new company
Our reputable Government client in Cairns requires an experienced high level administrator to join their team.
Your new role
As an Administration Officer you will be required to provide high quality administrative support to the broader team which will include managing phone enquiries, assisting with collating and formatting key documents, filing, diary management and co-ordination, making appointments, assessing incoming correspondence at all levels whilst also completing ad hoc duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a fast paced, high volume role. As the ideal candidate, you will have demonstrated high level administration experience, preferably in a Government setting as well as excellent communication skills, strong IT skills and a proven ability to organise and prioritise. You will be flexible and adaptable to a changing environment and will be a dedicated team player motivated to go above and beyond .
