Requirements:
- Ability to undertake a Certificate III in Business (National Training Wage applies)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to see tasks through to conclusion
- Ability to develop negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve organisational objectives
- Ability to maintain confidentiality required by the position at all times
- Good organisational and time management
- Commitment to high level service provision, enthusiastic, motivated, positive attitude, good initiative and a self-starter
- Ability to develop into a strategic and lateral thinker with strong analytical, conceptual thinking, problem solving and planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
The role includes:
- First point of contact for reception including greeting customers, answering phones and handling enquiries
- Computer based tasks such as sending emails, data entry, maintaining records and registers
- Communicating effectively with businesses, stakeholders and staff to deliver a high level of service to members
- Processing training registrations, scheduling courses, booking venues and sending course confirmations
- Processing export documentation including data entry
