We have an exciting role supporting a Call Centre Director and small team within a leading national Marketing organisation based in the heart of the Melbourne CBD commencing next week.
We are looking for a team player who wants to be the heart of the team - a team that is fun, dynamic, supportive and social.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience as a PA.
Duties include:
- Full diary & email management and the ability to pro-actively manage & efficiently organise the Call Centre Director
- Expense claims for the Director and team and keeping track of financial metrics of the business
- Pro-actively assisting in the preparation of presentations, proposals, reports and agenda's
- Coordinating events and meetings
- Attend team meetings, take minutes and send out follow up actions
- Organise International travel to ensure a seamless journey
- Provide general administrative support across the wider corporate team
- Ad hoc project support work as required by the team
We are looking for an PA who prides themselves on their excellent communications and presentation skills. You will need to be a confident user of Microsoft Office.
