OAPL is an Australian company that is a leading national provider of Prosthetic and Orthotic products and services to hospitals, allied health and pharmacy markets.
We are seeking a vibrant individual to join our customer service team on a 12 month maternity leave contract.
You will need to possess exceptional people skills with an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude and passion for providing great customer service.
This role includes:
- Attending to a broad range of customer phone/email enquiries
- Processing orders/quotations
- Scheduling of patient appointments
- General office administration
You will require:
- A high level of general computer literacy for both in-house databases and Microsoft office programs
- An exceptional phone manner
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise busy work loads.
- Experience in dealing with a wide variety of customers
- The ability to work well in a team as well as autonomously
A background in Health Sciences or Medical Administration experience is preferred, however candidates that can display great customer service capabilities will be considered for the position.
