On offer is a 12 month full time contract supporting our new business team through a period of significant growth.
You will need:
Excellent administration and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. This is a hands on role which requires you to work with multiple departments to successfully transition New Accounts into the organisation.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Be the “go-to” for both external and internal parties;
- Ensure the process is adhered to always;
- Prepare and maintain WIP documents for all customers within the portfolio;
- Co-ordinate all administration related to bringing new customers on board;
- Prepare regular reports;
- Be the key contact for new business and key accounts;
- Ensure all projects are managed and kept on track to critical paths.
