Client Details

Due to some exciting internal changes, this globally recognised mid-tier accounting practice located in the bustling heart of the CBD are seeking an experienced Personal or Team Assistant with well developed client service skills to join the team. Seeking an individual with a natural eye for the improvement of processes, this role presents a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to utilise their previous experience within a similar role to effectively support internal and external clients whilst assisting in the optimisation of process efficiencies.

Reporting into the Client Service Team Leader and supporting the wider team of partners and advisory professionals, this role holds a variety of regular and ad hoc duties and we therefore seek a highly organised individual who is able to prioritise whilst managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Description

  • PA support to three busy partners
  • Substantial diary, email and correspondence management
  • Arranging local, interstate and international travel
  • Taking and typing meeting minutes
  • Preparation of letters, proposals and reports
  • Arranging events and other activities
  • Reconciliation of expenses
  • Creation and maintenance of client files
  • Assisting with client queries
  • Fee posting
  • Forging and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with process improvement initiatives
  • A variety of ad hoc duties and projects as required

Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Experienced in Accounting Practice environments (essential)
  • Confident communication style with excellent verbal and written skills
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • A resilient, team-orientated character who can work under demanding conditions
  • Polished in personal presentation and highly professional in approach
  • An eye for the continuous improvement of processes
  • High level MS Office capabilities
