We are seeking a full-time Admin Officer to join our close-knit team in Thornleigh. This role would include the following key responsibilities:
- Answering telephone and email enquiries regarding services.
- Undertaking preliminary assessments for certification.
- Report to supervisors on any issues arising and implement agreed solutions.
- Adhere to legislative requirements for certification.
- Facilitate workflow with clients to ensure a timely and quality service is delivered.
- Taking direction from supervisors to assist with all aspects of certification services when required.
- Undertake general administrative tasks i.e. invoicing, filing.
The successful candidate should have:
- Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Office, email, internet, and other web-based applications. Knowledge of MYOB/XERO accounting software is desirable, but not a prerequisite.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to quality service provision.
- Value integrity and able to work independently/without supervision if required.
- Genuine interest and willingness to learn about certification.
