We are seeking a full-time Admin Officer to join our close-knit team in Thornleigh. This role would include the following key responsibilities:

 

  • Answering telephone and email enquiries regarding services.
  • Undertaking preliminary assessments for certification.
  • Report to supervisors on any issues arising and implement agreed solutions.
  • Adhere to legislative requirements for certification.
  • Facilitate workflow with clients to ensure a timely and quality service is delivered.
  • Taking direction from supervisors to assist with all aspects of certification services when required.
  • Undertake general administrative tasks i.e. invoicing, filing.

 

The successful candidate should have:

 

  • Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Office, email, internet, and other web-based applications. Knowledge of MYOB/XERO accounting software is desirable, but not a prerequisite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to quality service provision.
  • Value integrity and able to work independently/without supervision if required.
  • Genuine interest and willingness to learn about certification.
