The Role
We are looking for a part-time Office Coordinator for 4-5 hours per day, 4 days per week (days flexible but must include a Thursday and Friday).

The role will be responsible for:

  • General office management – eg, answering phones, mail, welcome guests, stationery ordering.
  • Booking travel and travel expenses.
  • Assistance with organising events.
  • Administrative assistance to the Business Unit Manager and management team.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas and minutes.
  • Relationship management with suppliers.

Candidates will have:

  • A can-do attitude.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Experience in booking overseas travel will be highly regarded.
