Based in Bondi Junction and allowing you to work close to home and directly with your community, this permanent position will see you work alongside a team of experienced and genuine individuals who are committed to delivering the very best of funeral services to their clients. With full time training and support provided, you will be required to provide emotional and professional support whilst arranging funeral services with families to ensure they are able to celebrate their loved ones life in their own special way.

  • Are good with planning and are able to arrange, co-ordinate and effectively bring together a gathering whilst using effective communication skills to ensure a smooth delivery.
  • Have an open mind and are able to deliver on clients requests with professionalism and empathy without taking in personal beliefs.
  • Are able to lead, guide and develop a service.
  • Can create a lasting impression and are committed to the delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Can effectively liaise with service providers, juggle multiple tasks and are able maintain calm and organised at all times.
  • Have a driver’s licence and are flexible with working requirements.
  • Competent with computers and general administration tasks.
