Your new role
As the service coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Taking in maintenance requests
- Managing and scheduling the contractors and technicians for their jobs weekly and assigning work orders to technicians
- Organising preventative maintenance for jobs that have been requested from clients and customers
- Liaising with building contractors, tenants and clients as well as technicians to organise scheduled maintenance
- Raising job orders, invoicing, data entry
- Sourcing and obtaining quotes
- Providing exceptional over the phone customer service
What you'll need to succeed
- You will need demonstrated experience in a similar position where you have scheduled trades or technicians, ideally within HVAC
- Meticulous organisation skills
- Positive and proactive nature
- Have the ability to prioritise competing work demands and be able to remain calm under pressure.
- You will be process driven
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and computer skills
