We are a rapidly growing business with approx. 20 staff and have a newly created position available for a part-time (3 days per week) Business Analyst in our Melbourne office in Southbank.
You will be a positive, proactive experienced Analyst who loves what they do. The current role requires the person to be hands on in all aspects of the sales back office processes and have very strong spreadsheet and BI skills. You will also help with the general accounting and bookkeeping. This will include calculating commissions receivable and payable.
The ideal candidate is someone with the experience to add value working with the CEO, while also being prepared to take control of the daily sales order and bookkeeping elements. To attract the right person we are very open to discussing flexibility around the hours (shorter days to fit school hours, partial work form home etc)
Duties include:
- Sales order management
- sales data cleansing
- sales order submission
- sales order status tracking & reconciliation
- Calculating commissions and Invoicing
- Monthly reconciliations
- Daily bookkeeping in Xero
Ideally you will have:
- proven Business Analyst skills in sales back office management
- some bookkeeping experience in Xero
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail, systems and processes and organisational abilities
