European window Co. is looking for a well organised communicator in a role as Office Receptionist & Administration Support.
The suitable candidate will be required to be available 5 days per week from 9am till 3:00pm, although we are flexible to discuss a custom start and finish time, total hours required per week will be between 30 and 38 hours.
The Role
- Handle all incoming phone calls and front desk enquiries
- Updating of company registers and data entry where required
- Formatting of word documents
- General office filing and administration
- Assisting in organizing and planning of company events as and when required
- Managing meeting room bookings, prepare rooms for meetings
- Ordering of company stationery and consumables
- General Office Support

- Professional appearance
- A friendly and positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, with an eye for detail
- Well-developed time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Australian citizen or permanent resident and currently residing in Australia
