Wyndham Destinations Asia Pacific are seeking a casual Sales Administration Coordinator/Child Minder to assist in the administrative operations of our Coffs Harbour sales site!

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role plays a vital part in the operation of our Coffs Harbour Sales Site by providing support to the Office Administration Manager and sales staff in daily sales administration duties. This role is also required to fill in various roles across the site including administration, reception, child minding and customer service functions in addition to the following;

This role is one of several coordinators who partner together under the direction of the Office Manager to:

  • Be the face and heart of our business through your interaction with our guests at our reception area
  • Be the voice of our business, manage inbound calls from a variety of sources, including internal stakeholders from all over the country
  • Be a key contact for the  dynamic Sales Team
  • Be focus and balance these tasks with administration duties both reoccurring and adhoc

 

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self motivated, team player with strong administration experience coupled with an intermediate level of Microsoft Office knowledge.  You will have a strong ability to juggle priorities and competing demands in a fast paced environment while maintaining absolute attention to detail.

Essential to this role will be your flexibility to work a roster which includes weekends and public holidays as well as administration experience within a sales team or exposure to Sales, Customer Service or Hospitality industries.

  • Have exceptional time management and organisational skills
  • Be self motivated, results oriented and use initiative
  • Have a strong ability to build and develop positive relationships
  • Have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Working with Children Check NSW highly desirable
  • Friendly and caring nature to engage with Children
