The Role:

The Service Delivery Team is responsible for the planning, coordination, and daily job management of all client-requested communication services.

As a vital part of the Service Delivery team within Computershare, the successful candidate will be one of the key contacts whose primary role is to assist in the management of a portfolio of clients.

This role will allow the successful candidate to interact with a number of internal stakeholders from both our administrative and operational environments, whilst also building positive relationships using their strong interpersonal skills.

Under the guidance and leadership of an approachable and supportive team leader, you will be provided with structured training to help set you up for success.

Key responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

  • Managing all aspects of client communications to ensure all job requirements are met
  • Developing and nurturing working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, internal parties, Relationship Managers, Programmers and the Operations team
  • Building a comprehensive understanding of the client's requirements to create an accurate and detailed job brief
  • Managing each job to strict deadlines and ensuring that the clients expectations are met
  • Answering inbound site queries and phone calls, and undertaking administrative tasks as required

Previous experience in client/customer service, administration, and/or project coordination role within a production background will be highly regarded.
