Due to growth in our clients business a position has become available with the primary focus of this exciting role to provide administrative assistance to their Owners Corporation Portfolio Managers.

The role will be responsible for assisting Portfolio Managers with portfolio maintenance and responding to owner and committee requests for Owners Corporation information.

About the job

In this position you will be responsible for assisting our Portfolio Managers and working in a team environment alongside directors and other staff members. Your role will include the following;

  • Annual General Meeting correspondence
  • Respond to owners and committee requests
  • Issue work orders, quote requests and quote acceptances to contractors
  • Arrange minor maintenance on behalf of the manager
  • Letters to owners, residents and other individuals as required
  • Maintain customer relations with each interaction
  • Lodgement of creditor invoices for payment
  • Supporting the Portfolio Manager/s with regular contact and communication

  • Proficient typing skills, with a sound knowledge of Word & Excel
