About the Company
PVH Brands Australia is a joint venture between PVH Corp. and Gazal Corporation Limited. The joint venture is to establish a unified approach for developing and expanding its global and locally-owned/licensed apparel brands in the region, including Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Van Heusen, Pierre Cardin, Nancy Ganz, Spanx, HoldmeTight and Bracks.
About the Role
Working within our wider customer service team, you will provide management of the SAP EDI electronic orders for our new Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger eCommerce sites. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will also build effective relationships across the whole division liaising with eCommerce, Retail, Sales, Planning, Shipping and Warehouse.
You will have the opportunity to make this role your own by taking charge of the most important order delivery component for our new eCommerce websites.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with all customer enquiries on various subjects, including delivery enquiries, online order enquiries, faulty and returns
- Managing internal accounts & online customer orders
- Processing EDI orders through SAP
- Investigating and resolving errors and order related issues within SAP
- Use of Excel, including functions such as pivot tables on a daily basis
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an order management/customer service environment within eCommerce
- SAP experience
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel and Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks is essential
- Quick learner – able to pick up new systems and processes
- Friendly attitude and the ability to work within a team
