We are a young and dynamic company specialising in distributing products through national retailers, chains and independent stores throughout Australia and New Zealand. We have experienced exponential growth over the past couple of years. We currently require an experienced Receptionist to join our friendly and dedicated team based in Essendon.

As the face of the company positioned on front desk, the responsibilities for this position involve the following:

• Answering all inbound phone calls using an internet-based phone system
• Dealing with any internal/external customer complaints with the upmost importance
• Assisting the Customer Service department with any overflows
• Providing support to the accounts department in regards to reconciliations
• Any additional ad hoc duties as required

In order to be successful for this position, it is essential you come from a corporate background with experience working on Reception. You must bring a “nothing is ever too much trouble” approach to your work aligned with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to manage, plan and uphold office procedures and provide administrative support to a number of team members.

We offer a fantastic culture with bright, modern offices and a great team-oriented environment. This is a temporary full-time position to commence immediately. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
