Marshall White is an innovative and dynamic Melbourne based premium residential real estate agency servicing Boroondara, Stonnington, Bayside and Port Philip in Sales and Property Management. This highly sought position offers the ideal opportunity to enhance and diversify upon your existing skillset in versatile role managing all aspects for the teams property advertising campaigns on behalf of our valued clients.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the property marketing/advertising campaigns for your team including; preparing advertising schedules, coordinating photography, floorplans, copywriting and building and proofing the artwork for both print and digital media adhering to strict deadlines.
Extremely organised and detail oriented, your positive energy, can do attitude and excellent verbal and written communication skills will be recognised and rewarded within our dynamic team environment.
Skills & Experience Required
- Exceptional Real Estate administration and advertising experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Knowledge of Box + Dice and Campaign Track preferred but not essential
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a highly successful sales team
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrates initiative and a can do attitude with a smile
- Real Estate qualification would be advantageous.
