As the Team Administrator, you are an organised individual who offers an array of support to an integral team

Working alongside a market leader in machinery, our client are seeking an enthused candidate who can assist with the day - to - day support of the team
Description
As a Team Administrator, your key duties will include but are not limited to;
- Generate and prepare fortnightly and monthly product reports and provide first stage analysis
- Ensure that the team is across all deadlines by keeping the team’s diary up to date
- Process any invoices as required by the team and ensure expenses satisfy budgetary forecasts
- Organise meeting rooms, presentation materials and catering for events hosted by the company
- Assist with the arrangement and facilitate workplace compliance requirements according to legislation
- Ad hoc administrative duties
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Intermediate reporting skills with the use of graphs and tables
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Suite and SAP systems experience
- Strong initiative and supportive ability in a team based environment
- A strong drive for results and achieving deadlines
