Bentleys Australia and New Zealand are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant, communications and administration professional to assist the CEO with managing the strategies of the network. This is a varied role where no 2 days are the same.

You will work closely with the CEO to coordinate specialist groups, manage and build on the national and international network. 

You will help coordinate the communications activities (including managing the website & intranet), oversee office administration, and coordinate client and staff conferences nationally and internationally. You will work closely with the networks Marketing Director.

Some interstate and international travel will be required.

About You

You are a strong generalist with proven expertise in administration, event management and communications. You will have experience working in professional services environment and a broad understanding of how international network organisations work.

Skills and experience you’ll need to be successful in this role include:

  • Administration – diary management, meetings coordination, minutes and agendas, writing reports, proofing docs, booking travel, maintaining and improving systems.
  • Marketing and communications – digital marketing, website management, intranet management, e-news, stakeholder engagement, content creation, internal communications, domain management.
  • Event management – conference and large scale event management experience.
  • Stakeholder engagement – experience coordinating the activities of a large number of expertise-based groups and network directors.
  • Technical – MYOB AE, Microsoft 365, advanced Word, Skype. Adobe experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Attributes - Excellent proven written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional professional image.
