The Customer Service team is looking to employ a positive and self-motivated professional person who will work in a busy team to deliver excellent customer service to our clients.

The Pre Site / Construction Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing and encouraging an informative, professional and proactive relationship between the clients, construction supervisors and the office. The role is also responsible of ensuring an effective transition through the construction process to facilitate a settlement within the agreed company timeframes.

Within this role your responsibilities would include:

  • Maintaining pre site administration workflow including client contact, database updates, finance updates, title approvals and relevant documentation and ensure completion within allocated timeframes for Authority to Commence Construction (ACC);
  • Maintaining onsite customer service relationships by creating and maintaining client files with the relevant contract and associated documentation;
  • Ensuring that clients are updated during the construction phase and respond to client queries with a sense of urgency;
  • Providing administrative site assistance to our construction supervisors;
  • Providing all relevant documentation including compliance certificates to nominated building inspector to occupancy permit;
  • Liaising with various internal departments including estimating and drafting teams to clarify progress or issues raised by clients and other departments;
  • Coordinating Client Settlements and facilitate settlement and handover process with client

  • Intermediate MS Office skills;
  • High attention to detail with a strong sense of urgency;
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills;
  • Willingness to be hands on;
