The purpose of this role is to support the daily requirements and initiatives of the sales team. The core daily functions include maintaining and updating product pricing and providing sales and pricing data information and reporting.

Description

  • Provide support to both local and regional sales teams for customer pricing and associated order forms/price lists/presentations
  • High level processing of customer orders
  • Development and supply of Price, submitting orders and Contract Listings and customer based data
  • Maintain local and regional price lists and customer/buying groups pricing
  • Review incoming pricing requests
  • Prepare training documentation
  • General administration

Profile

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (incl. high standards of verbal and written communication)
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Data and analytic ability
  • Ability to support an off-site team
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Reliable and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Solid data entry skills

Job Offer

This role provides full time hours and will commence asap for the right person. The hours of work would be Monday - Friday 8.30-5pm. A generous salary is on offer for the right candidate who fits the required criteria.
