This successful, busy building company based in Oakleigh South has a history spanning thirty years. Delivering repair work on behalf of large insurance companies, the group seeks a Receptionist for an immediate start to provide excellent front-line customer service.
Working in a busy reception area you will take calls from insurance companies, trades and customers which you will dispatch to the relevant company departments. You will have high-level computer and communication skills to allow you to perform in a very fast-paced environment. You will have previous experience in a reception role and as such be confident in managing switchboards and delivering quality customer service.
