The Opportunity
They are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant. Their exciting, dynamic and energetic accounting practice has a strong emphasis on giving employees the opportunity to grow in their career by improving and creating more efficient processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining corporate licenses through ASIC
  • Accounts payable
  • Collating documents
  • Financial reporting
  • Client correspondence
  • Preparation and maintenance of databases
  • Scanning, emailing, filing
  • General office support duties
  • Bookkeeping duties for the right candidate

About You
  • Must have at least 2 years' experience in administration within an accounting practice
  • Bookkeeping experience would be highly regarded, however not essential
  • Be familiar with ASIC portal, forms and requirements
  • Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • High attention to detail 
  • This will suit somebody who can work in a team or autonomously
