Elixr holds a unique position in the industry specialising in Pilates, yoga and fitness kickboxing in a beautiful and serene environment. We are seeking individuals, who have a genuine interest in health and wellness and who possess the skills to create a personalised and caring experience for our members and their guests.
As you will be the face of Elixr you must always be bright, enthusiastic, and above all, service focused. You will also provide administration support to the club and key club personnel.
The Member Care Support role will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Meeting and greeting members upon arrival/departure
All membership account related queries
Liaising with members via email, phone and in person
Actioning all member requests within our 'member promise' timeframes
Data entry
Preparing our fortnightly member direct debits
Maintaining the integrity of the database
Supervising the club from time to time
We are seeking individuals who posses:
Previous administration experience in a fast paced service industry environment (health club, leisure or hospitality industries preferred)
Maturity and confidence in dealings with members, staff and suppliers
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility of communication styles
Openness and eagerness to learn
Good numeracy skills
Ability to interpret financial data and apply action
