About the role
Reporting to the CEO this full-time role will be responsible for:
- Providing support to enable the effectiveness of the CEO
- Managing and maintaining executive schedules for travel and conferences
- Answering and directing calls
- Preparing and coordinating conference calls, events, conferences and meetings
- Overseeing administrative policies within the organization
- Maintaining inventory and office supplies
- Providing professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting in the completion of tasks that are aligned with the company’s strategic goals
- Completing meeting agendas, minutes and action items, whilst ensuring deadlines are met
- Assisting with general administrative tasks
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, the following will be highly desirable:
- Advanced MS Office experience
- Previous experience in administrative support or as an executive assistant
- Problem solving ability
- Demonstrate excellent values and beliefs
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise workload
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
- An understanding of biotechnology and/or science is preferable
