About the Role

Our opportunity will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and providing support to in Bundaberg on a full-time basis. Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure administration activities are completed on a daily basis.
  • When required, greet and sign in visitors and notify relevant staff of their arrival to ensure prompt customer service and acknowledgement of the visitor.
  • Attend to all postage requirements to ensure timely processing of mail
  • Monitor key cabinet and register to ensure security of Endeavour Foundation premises.
  • Carry out regular monitoring and ordering of office stationery to ensure adequate supplies are available at all times.
  • Maintain and reconcile petty cash in accordance with the policy to ensure funds are available and an audit trail is maintained.
  • Assist with Credit Card reconciliation for Leaders
  • Create and maintain the archive register and archival storage to ensure information and documentation can be located in a timely manner and destroyed as required.
  • Maintain databases and ensure data integrity through accurate data entry.
  • Prepare reports and data for the department as required
