Based in our contemporary, spacious, light-filled open-plan offices in North Ryde you will provide effective and efficient coordination and high level support to our CEO and

In the role you will be responsible for:

  • Complex diary management for the Executive Chairman and CEO. Ensuring all diary conflicts are resolved, preparation of agendas, sourcing and preparing relevant documents prior to meetings
  • Coordinating meetings, calls and video conferences both internally and externally
  • Planning and booking travel including booking flights, accommodation, transport, arranging currency, visas and organising meetings
  • Managing confidential documentation and correspondence on behalf of the Executive Committee
  • Preparing presentations, correspondence, spreadsheets and emails
  • Coordinating the document management system for the project team
  • Assisting with the weekly generation of status reports
  • Supporting and managing office receptionists to ensure the smooth running of the National Office

To be successful in this role:

  • Experience providing executive assistance to Executive Committee Members. Providing support to a CEO would be advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and business relationship skills
  • Confident and comfortable working autonomously
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Experience booking interstate and international travel
  • Advanced in MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
