The Opportunity
Our client is a global industry leader, with modern corporate offices within Sydney CBD. They are known for their strong values, employee retention and benefits. A fantastic contract opportunity has arisen for a PA or EA requiring part time flexibility as well as a fulfilling role! The position is 3 days per week to support the Executive Assistant to CEO. This role will enable the individual to be immersed in a high level CEO's office and gain exposure to a global business in an executive support capacity.

The Responsibility

Providing support to the CEO's EA, your duties will include but not be limited to;
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
  • Maintaining diaries and making appointments when required;
  • Booking rooms and managing catering for meetings and events;
  • Dealing with incoming corresponding on behalf of the EA;
  • Reconciling monthly expenses;
  • Maintaining systems, including data management and filing;
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation;
  • Organise travel itineraries;
  • Prepare information and undertake research required for meetings, presentations, workshops;
  • Printing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations, binding and presenting when needed;
  • Stepping up to support the CEO in the EA's absence.
The Expertise

The ideal candidate for this role is an individual with 2-5 years experience working in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant capacity, ideally within financial services or professional services but not closed off to other industries. Comfortable in supporting an Executive Assistant in daily demands, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a broader executive assistant network. This person will have impeccable attention to detail, a proactive mindset and enjoy rolling up their sleeves and tackling any task.
