Your new role
In your new role you will be a front of house receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for the organisation and you will responsible for maintaining a polished appearance and a professional and positive attitude at all times in order to best reflect on the organisation. Your duties will include the following; liaising with key stakeholders both over the phone and face to face, ordering office catering when needed, coordination of meeting rooms, creating operation procedures and policies, emptying and filling the dishwasher, assisting in ordering stationary and office supplies, providing overflow assistance for business purchase orders and monthly expense claims and completing administration duties as per the request of the organisation

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed this in this role you will be a self-sufficient and motivated individual who has extensive experience of working at reception. You will be personable, professional and well-presented and you will possess excellent customer service skills. Your strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisational skills and your punctuality and reliability will see you grow and progress within the organisation. Intermediate Microsoft office skills are also a necessity
