We are currently looking to employ a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join our friendly team. This busy office requires a someone to work in a varied range of office duties including greeting clients and answering the phone, you will be the voice and face of the firm.
Other aspects of the role will entail organising and maintaining files, archiving, stationery ordering, photocopying and printing. The role would suit a candidate who is self-motivated, with some office experience, and an interest in office administration, reception and secretarial work.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to forward their career in the legal field or personal administration.
The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience within an office environment with very good attention to detail, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and good typing skills. A willingness to learn and use initiative is essential.
