The role

You will have a primary focus on supporting our clients, channel partners, end users and the external sales team across Australia/ NZ and Asia, enabling them to maximise the opportunity for the full range of avt products to be specified. 

Your responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing quotations and orders as required
  • Develop a strong working understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and pipeline management.
  • Ensure the timely execution of specifications, quotes and sales orders through the CRM
  • Become an integral member of our team, building relationships both within the business and with key stakeholders such as clients, channel partners and end users
  • Provide product and sales support to customers across the full avt product range
  • Monthly reporting

What you will bring

  • Previous sales administration experience is preferred, however not required
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong time management skills
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with the ability to work in a close team environment
  • Experience in dealing with a diverse customer base
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and CRM preferred
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement
