About the company

As international and structured experts in their field, our client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team and work in their innovative office in Canberra. Due to internal growth, there are multiple positions available for both permanent full time positions and full time contract positions.

About the role

Manage all aspects of administration for your Partners, whilst also building, creating and maintaining key stakeholder relationships. As an experienced Personal Assistant within the professional services industry, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage diaries and emails
  • Screen and prioritise calls
  • Arrange meetings and take meeting minutes
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Process timesheet and expense claims
  • Generate reports
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees and performance reviews
  • Assist with tender productions and project activities
  • Records management
  • Provide adhoc administrative assistance to the team

Your skills and experience

Your drive, production and talent to deliver results is key. As an operative Personal Assistant, you will have:

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant in a professional services industry
  • Organise and prioritise multiple and conflicting tasks
  • Meet strict deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and SAP (desirable)
  • Able to adapt your working style to different management styles
  • Polished personal presentation
