Due to ongoing growth and expansion, we at Wilson Homes are excited to announce that we are looking for a highly motivated Project Coordinator/Contract Administrator to join our Multi division team working from our Hobart office.

 

The Role

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills who has a proven history of developing positive relationships and building rapport with clients. Most importantly, the successful candidate will be able to deliver and maintain an exceptional customer experience though liaising with clients and external organisations, such as Councils, to provide administration support for multiple dwelling projects. The successful candidate will be a very conscientious and co-operative team member, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing and presenting contracts and associated documentation to clients in a timely and professional manner, as well as monitoring and recording all progress. Responsibilities also include providing other general client correspondence while completing other administrative tasks to support our multiple dwelling projects.

 

The Person

Exceptional customer service skills and experience is essential and prior experience within the construction industry is desirable. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high attention to detail and be highly organised, logical and task-orientated.
