We are looking for someone to join our friendly team in an Administration / Customer Support role, in a full time position. As a large Franchise, our priority is to ensure we provide support to our Franchisees.
Your key tasks will include:
- Providing phone support to our Franchisees on the use of our in-house point of sale system
- Assist in writing training manuals for the point of sale system
- Provide admin and phone support for our in-house loyalty program
- Maintain website information
- General administration support
In order to be successful for this position, you must possess the following:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to organise workload and multi task to achieve required results
- Willingness to learn and work as a team
- Professional presentation and attitude
- Wordpress experience would be beneficial
Full training will be provided on our internal systems and processes. This role is customer service based and is a training and support role. Any technical issues with internal systems would be handled by our IT Department.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
