The role is for 20 hours per week, across 3-4 days.
 
You'll be a senior admin superstar/Executive Assistant and absolutely love running the show the ensure that big things happen!

Based within the fast based and extremely busy finance department you will the right hand to the Chief Financial Officer’s Executive Assistant. In this innovative business, you are going to need to be a confident mover and shaker. Supporting a large team you will the person that loves a challenge and LOVES to GET THINGS DONE.

As a Senior Admin/Executive Assistant/Team Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to add value the senior executive’s and help the entire team run smoothly. As the glue that holds the team together, you will cover a wide variety of tasks, from booking travel, expenses, reporting and corporate events. 

You are the person who simply loves to organise. You're great with processes and systems, love keeping people in check and ALWAYS know what is going on.

So, what will you look after each week?
  • Managing calendars, booking meetings for key executives within the group (not the entire team)
  • Arranging meeting room bookings along with catering, AV equipment (set up by IT) and refreshments
  • Booking corporate travel, both domestically and internationally - creating itineraries
  • Compiling and running a variety of reports, weekly and monthly
  • Setting up and managing new supplier information
  • Managing and coding expenses
  • Assisting with event management such as the Christmas party, client events, workshops and conferences 
  • Creating high-level corporate presentations and documentation
  • General adhoc administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the department
