About the Role:
To perform IR administrative duties and provide support to the IR Department and all sites/departments of the business. The IR Administrator is accountable for the provision of accurate information, paperwork, high quality advice, and customer service to all Managers and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of EBA negotiations within the Group in line with established plans
- Ensure proper processes are followed across the Group whilst engaging in negotiations
- Drive consistency across the Group
- Point of contact and provides assistance with a wide range of issues associated with Enterprise Agreement bargaining and IR related functions
- Upkeep of Group IR records
- Assist with BOOT test activities and other analysis work in line with established tools and procedures
- Assist with the roll out of IR organisational development programs and projects
- Contributes to organisational reporting as required
- Sources data required for compilation of strategic Group IR metrics
- Liaison with management, unions, company analysts, payroll and all other levels of company personnel,
- Plan for the future – develop flexible, sustainable and workable systems and processes
- Strive to reduce costs
- Travel bookings
- Follow legislative and case law developments, and where requested provide value-add updates to the business
- Build broad awareness of industrial relations obligations as they apply to all employees
- Assist with drafting reports to provide updates on employment issues in line with above activity.
- Assist IR/HR Business Partners to ensure significant employee relations issues are managed and escalated as appropriate
