We have an opportunity to join our Port Melbourne team in a business critical position supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in administrative tasks, reducing the administrative workload of the Maintenance Supervisor to maximize the time spent out in the field. This role will require you to work in collaboration with Maintenance Supervisor, Field Technicians, KONE Customer Care Centre agents and with the Maintenance Contract Administrator.

What will you be doing?

  • Ensure quality jobs reporting by technicians
  • Maintaining technician schedules and workloads
  • Ensuring new and existing maintenance contracts are up to date
  • Check missing equipment, create inspection visit to the technician in order to collect them
  • Creation of the maintenance visits and distribution to technicians
  • Maintain the callout general planning (day / night / week-end / back-ups / etc)
  • Monitor, check and correct the alignment of the back reported jobs between the systems
  • Create, dispatch and back-report Clinica service orders and Clinica assessments
  • Compile package service repairs tenders, obtain signature from supervisor, communicate tender with customer answer and create order.
  • Monitor, check and correct the accuracy of e-mail customer notifications
  • Enter technician timesheet in to the system
