We have an opportunity for a Warehouse Administrator to join the team in Distribution.  In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Michael Hill supply chain through stock movements and stock processing in the Distribution Centre.

In this hands-on role, your Primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Taking delivery of goods into the warehouse from internal and external parties whilst adhering to security protocols
  • Reconciliation of invoices into systems and against purchase orders
  • System SKU generation
  • Monitor outstanding credit and liaising with suppliers as needed
  • Assisting with store queries via telephone and email
  • Sourcing and fulfilling stock requests
  • Manage and develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collation of goods and preparing them for transfer to internal and external parties
  • Maintains constant awareness of the Security and Safety of the Distribution Centre and team

 As the successful candidate, you must have:

  • Minimum 2 years’ administration experience
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Proficient operating knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Professional and clear communication skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders of all levels
  • Demonstrated organisational skill and multitasking ability
