The role:

We currently have an exciting new opportunity available for an ambitious and driven individual to support our Financial Planning team. As Team Assistant, you will be reporting to the Head of Financial Planning and will be providing administrative support to our financial planners on a day to day basis to ensure they are well equipped to service our valued fund members.

Your key responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Provide support with administration and implementation plans for Financial Planners in VIC, NSW and other state based offices
  • First point of call for member appointments and client interactions
  • Update and maintain XPLAN CRM and database
  • Provide regular reporting and assistance with business planning and fact finding
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels to obtain information as required for your team
  • Assist with event planning, seminars, member presentations and collateral

Ideally, you have proven experience in a similar role within superannuation, financial planning or a similar corporate environment. Experience with financial planning software XPLAN well be highly regarded, however is not essential. Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite will be highly beneficial with demonstrated ability to meet competing priorities.
