AMP Advice Vintage Wealth – Hornsby

We are a leading Financial Planning business taking a new goals-based approach to providing financial advice. Our passion is to make our client’s goals become a reality by creating realistic and solid plans for their future. Part of the reason for our success and expansion is the strong relationships we have with our clients, built on honesty and integrity. We are looking for a permanent part-time administration person to join our friendly family team.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable and with a high attention to detail.

20 hours per week - preferable 4 hours per work day with flexible start times.  

Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to, the following:

  • Professionally answering and screening calls and messages, whilst greeting clients to the office
  • Office Management: maintain cleanliness of the office and meeting areas
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • General administration support and assistance as needed by the wider team and office
  • Diary management

 The successful applicant will have:

  • Excellent verbal, written and computer skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Professional phone manner
  • Ability to work independently and use their initiative
  • 3+ years’ experience in office administration (within a financial institution is beneficial but not essential)

You must be able to demonstrate that you are:

  • Mature and committed
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Organised with strong time management
  • Proactive and able to prioritise and take initiative
  • Able to work autonomously and collaborate with the team
