Position Description
Working as part of a team and reporting through to the Team Leader, your main responsibilities will include:

• Matching & coding invoices
• Assisting with reconciliations
• Processing a medium to high volume of invoices into the system
• Mange queries, write-offs and time entry adjustments
• Any other ad hoc administrative duties as required

Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for a candidate who possesses the following attributes and experiences;

- Enthusiastic and positive attitude to work
- Experience in a data entry position preferable but not essential
- Strong communication skills
- Team player mentality - someone who enjoys building relationships and working as part of a team.
