Your new company
At Hays we are working with a global company based in the Inner South-East suburbs of Brisbane. They are known for their customer service orientation, innovation, and eco-friendly position. An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join the team of one of our fast growing clients on a temporary basis. This is a full time temporary role with the possibility of permanency for the right person.
Your new role
Focusing on providing exceptional customer service, your duties will include:
- Representing the company in a professional, friendly, helpful and polite manner, maintaining client confidentiality at all times
- Keeping clients informed of all turnarounds, issues and delays and act as the link between the organisation and the clients to ensure best possible service.
- Being a central point of contact for the preparation of quotes and invoices
- General administrative duties
What you'll need to succeed
This position will be best suited to someone who has recently completed their traineeship or is just beginning their career and is seeking to further develop their skills. The ideal candidate has:
- Previous experience in a high volume customer service role
- Strong time management skills and the ability to proactively prioritise tasks with little supervision
- Ability to build productive relationships, loyalty and collaboration with others (e.g. clients, colleagues, partners & suppliers)
- Proficient computer and Microsoft office skills
- Demonstrate initiative, motivation, sound judgement and maturity
- Willingness to undertake all activities with professionalism and enthusiasm
