The company:
Our client is based near South Windsor , Sydney. They  provide electrical services to a variety of sites including schools, offices, laboratories and many more. They are  certified to carry out data and communication needs. They offer the perfect solution to offices, industrial sites, retail stores and homes. They employ senior services manager to electricians, to ensure everyone has the same goal, of completing a job to the highest quality and ensuring the client is satisfied.

The role:
Join the team as a an electrical office services manager. You will be office based where you will liaise with clients and employees. You will be the first point of contact for the client, so you must have good phone etiquette . Apart from this, you must have a strong knowledge and understanding of electrical systems. This will enable you to disperse the roles accordingly to each team. As you build relationships with clients, you will then generate jobs for the team. 

What you need for this role:
*  You must have knowledge and understanding of electrical systems and services.
*  Previous experience within an electrical services company would be preferred but      not essential.
*  You must be experience in dealing with clients and understanding their needs.
*  Be able to up-sell jobs to loyal clients.
*  Strong communication is a must for this role.
