We are currently seeking a Seinor Administrator who has worked within a professional service background and can apply their proven experience.
 
You will be a skilled individual who thrives to demonstrate your sound administration skills within a corporate environment. You will manage a busy workload and be able to prioritise the tasks with ease and confidence. Your skills would have been previously established within an administration positions.
 
We are looking for candidates who are able to:

• Provide excellent administrative support to various office staff
• Manage a high volume of work and work under pressure
• Work autonomously and adapt to new environments rapidly
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Use various computer systems
• Always present with a positive attitude
• Able to adapt to new environments quickly

 
Skills & experience

• Previous administration experience within professional services
• Call Centre experince
• Excellent communication; both written and oral
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• SAP or similar database systems would be an advantage
• High attention to detail
• Corporate and professional presentation
• Ability to use initiative
• Capability to build strong working relationships
